Ad Poster inspiration
During the first week of our term break, we went cafe hopping to survey some coffee shope and restaurants. Here are some pictures:
After the first 2 assignments were done, we were told to get into groups of three and create either a coffee shop, an art gallery or a travel agency.
My group and I decided to go with a coffee shop after a random outburst about topless mermen from me 🙂 .
So after the brief, I came up with a few ideas. The topic I chose was basically changing the places of humans and the animals traded.
Week 8 – 11
So after deciding on everything I moved on to making the flatplan on AI, this went on for 2 weeks or so. Here are screenshots of my flatplan:
We were briefed on the final project on week 5. The project is to create a website based on a musician we chose.
During the third week, we learnt about Dreamweaver. I’m not particularly new to this software as I learnt the basics in highschool. Dreamweaver is an adobe software where we can code and create our websites. We can also link it to Bootstrap, making the website responsive to the measurement changes.
For the second week, we did another codeacademy session on HTML and CSS. Here are a few screenshots of the exercise:
For the first week, we had an introductory video about typography that featured a typographer with the name Doyald. Then, we were told that we were going to start planning for the final assignment, which is to create our own magazine.
